Production and quality assurance

The particularly shallow and very short OSRAM DULUX D and D/E lamps facilitate flexible configuration with various wattages in strip lighting with high-grade reflector inserts for zoned lighting to match the specific industrial or work process. Additional lighting on or in machinery is provided by the extremely compact OSRAM DULUX T PLUS and T/E PLUS lamps in those places, where shadows or more stringent visual requirements make increased brightness necessary.

Large-scale luminaires with opaque covers in combination with OSRAM DULUX F provide absolutely glare-free lighting for perfect surface checking/testing. Special magnifying luminaires with OSRAM DULUX S and S/E facilitate the checking of particularly small items.

High-ceiling production and storage facilities

The extremely bright, long-life OSRAM DULUX 120 W HO CONSTANT lamps in non-glare prism reflector luminaires are used for hall-ceiling heights above five meters. The electrodeless, high-performance OSRAM ENDURA lamp is also a particularly productive solution in this respect: a life of 60,000 hours, high luminous efficacy and very good light quality. Its shallow design also enables it to be used in shallow luminaires. Additional lighting in the form of the OSRAM DULUX L on the crossbars provides more light at the back of shelving.

Outdoor lighting

Bright outdoor lighting at night ensures better orientation and more security: people, obstacles and signage can be identified more quickly and theft or vandalism can also be prevented more effectively. In choosing the lighting system, particular account should be taken of a high level of cost-effectiveness, since the areas to be illuminated are very often large and the burn periods are long. In this respect OSRAM DULUX L CONSTANT, OSRAM DULUX 120 W HO CONSTANT, OSRAM ENDURA and OSRAM DULUX L SP are ideal alternatives for use in spotlights, lanterns or other appropriate luminaires.
