LUMILUX F 4Y lamps have been developed specially for a variety of high-intensity applications in street lighting and wherever access for changing lamps is difficult. With the 26 mm LUMILUX F 4Y fluorescent lamps the relamping cycle can be extended to four years. Average annual relamping costs can therefore be reduced by up to 35%.

Special lamps

OSRAM splinter and UV protection lamps are equipped with a special plastic tube. This prevents splinters escaping and falling out if the lamp breaks and also reduces the emission of UV radiation. Different versions are available, each tailored to the requirements of specific lighting situation.

Reliable fluorescent lamps with colour rendering Ra < 80. Suitable for all applications with modest requirements in terms of colour rendering and lighting comfort (e.g. garages, cellars and outdoor lighting). Can be used in lighting systems for premises where people are not engaged in work over long periods (EN 12464-1).
